India won the T20 World Cup for the first time since 2007 by defeating South Africa in the final on Saturday. It was their first ICC World Trophy since 2013. It is also India’s first World Cup since winning the ODI title on home soil in 2011.

They were supposed to travel by open-top bus on Marine Drive. For this, a special bus was taken to Mumbai from Gujarat. However, the bus got stuck in traffic before picking up the Indian players. Many people are waiting despite the rain and hostile weather.
Meanwhile, the members of the T20 World Cup winning team received a special welcome after reaching Mumbai from Delhi. A special water salute was given to the aircraft carrying them. Aircraft tracking website Flightradar 24 reported the most tracked in the last 15 hours
