If one kg of olives is specified for making olive pickle, then the ingredients should be given accordingly.

 

 

Ingredients:

 

  1. Take one kg of olives to make olive pickle.
  2. Two tablespoons of panchforan
  3. Two tablespoons of mustard
  4. Half tablespoon of red pepper
  5. Five or six dry chillies
  6. One tablespoon of cumin seeds
  7. One tablespoon of coriander
  8. 3 tablespoons of vinegar
  9. Sadmat beet salt
  10. Sugar or jaggery
  11. Mustard oil

 

Method of preparing masala: 

 

 

These spices should be ground in a light flame. Then this masala pickle should be used.

How to make Whole Olive Pickle:

First take a kilo of olives. Then wash the olives well. The drops of olives should be thrown away.  When the olives are well cleaned, the water should be drained. When a kadai gets hot, add a cup of mustard oil to the kadai. When the mustard oil gets a little hot, add two or three cardamoms and two or three cinnamon sticks. When the bay leaves are hot, add one tablespoon of 5 panchforan. After that, half a cup of garlic should be crushed. After that, one tablespoon of ginger paste, one tablespoon of garlic paste, one tablespoon of five-foran paste should be added.

Then the masala must be extracted. Then add a tablespoon of turmeric powder. Add one tablespoon of chili powder. Then a little vinegar should be taken well. Grind in such a way that there is no smell of masala.  When the spices are ground, the olives should be added. The olives should be cooked slowly. After that, I have to prepare the spice powder and use two or three tablespoons. Then cook it again for some time and see if the olives are cooked. Before lifting, add another tablespoon of masala powder. At least 2 tablespoons of vinegar should be given. And this vinegar will work as a preservative. The pickle will be good for a long time

Ways to store pickles:

If the pickle has to be kept well for a long time. one thing should be kept in mind so that there is no watery substance in the pickle. If the pickle contains any water then the pickle is more likely to spoil. So care should be taken that the pickle does not contain any water. When it gets a little cold, it should be filled in a glass jar. To store it, you should always suck the glass because pickles are generally better in glass containers. And the pickle should be given sun sometimes,

this will increase the smell of the pickle as well as the fungus attack will be away. No fungus can attack very easily. Again pickles can be stored in the normal refrigerator. Besides, if vinegar or vinegar is used as a preservative in the pickle, then the pickle remains good for a long time. This is how to save the pickle.
