Donald Trump is the newly elected president of the United States.. The war is going on in Ukraine. And Russian President Putin wants to hold urgent talks with the newly elected President Donald Trump about ending the war.  However, he has given some conditions in the discussion. The conditions are that Ukraine does not want to make any concessions on the territories occupied by Russia. President of the United States Donald Trump promised long ago to stop the war in Ukraine. Five former and current Russian officials asked not to be identified and said that Ukraine may agree to a cease-fire if there is an agreement brokered by Trump. Also discussed are some places they will share. The issue of division has also come up. There are five regions of Ukraine namely Donetsk, Zaporizhia, Krishan region and Luhansk. These four five regions are currently claimed by Russia. 80 to 90 percent of the regions are under the control of the forces.

Only President-elect  Trump can bring Ukraine and Russia together to end the war. He can stop all their wars. Communications Director Steven Cheung made such comments. Donald Trump said that if necessary for a peace agreement, he would talk to Putin and go to a discussion.  However, those who are vocal about not stopping the war and Moscow did not clarify anything about bringing them under the same umbrella.

Sources said that it seems that Russia does not want the network to be located on the territory of Ukraine.
